We at rubahjitu operate an online gaming and sportsbook platform where users fund accounts, place wagers on sports markets and casino games, and request withdrawals through regional payment methods. These terms set out the conditions under which we provide access to our platform, how we handle account verification, what happens when disputes arise, and where our services are legally available.
By opening an account on rubahjitu, you agree to these terms. We enforce them consistently across all users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and other supported jurisdictions. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use our platform. These terms are effective from the date you open your account on rubahjitu and remain in effect for as long as your account is active. We may update these terms periodically; we notify active users via email and in-app alerts. Continued use of rubahjitu after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Account Opening and Verification on rubahjitu
We at rubahjitu require all account holders to complete Know-Your-Customer (KYC) verification before accessing gaming and sportsbook markets. KYC verification involves submitting a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), confirming your email address, and confirming your phone number. You must provide accurate information; false or misleading documents result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Document processing typically takes one to two business days. Once your documents are approved, your account unlocks full access to live-dealer tables, slot games, and sportsbook markets (football, esports, and other sports). If we cannot verify your documents, we notify you via email with the reason and allow one resubmission. Deposits are processed as follows: mobile banking deposits settle within four hours; local payment and online payment within four hours; bank transfers within one to two business hours. We do not impose maximum or minimum account preferences; your payment provider (bank or e-wallet operator) may have their own limits. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Imlek holidays, bank processing is slower—expect an extra business day for bank-account settlements. e-wallet and e-wallet channels typically continue with reduced wait times during holidays.
All deposits on rubahjitu are non-refundable except in cases of erroneous duplicate transactions or technical failure. If you discover a duplicate deposit, contact our support team within 24 hours with proof (transaction receipt, account statement). We will investigate and refund the duplicate amount to your original payment method within three business days.
Withdrawals and Payout Rules
You may request withdrawals during business hours (09:00–18:00 Jakarta time, weekdays). Withdrawal requests are processed on a first-in-first-out basis. mobile banking withdrawals settle within four hours; local payment and online payment within four hours; bank-account withdrawals (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment virtual account) within one business day. We do not process withdrawals on weekends or public holidays; requests submitted during non-business hours are queued and processed on the next business day.
Withdrawals return to your original deposit method. If you funded via online payment, your withdrawal credits to the same e-wallet account. We do not support cross-channel withdrawals (e.g. depositing via mobile banking and withdrawing to local payment). Your account balance must be non-negative before withdrawal requests are accepted; you cannot withdraw more than your current balance.

Game Rules, Disputes, and Jurisdiction

We review your complaint and respond within three to five business days. If we find an error, we correct your account balance. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
We do not currently offer fixed bonus amounts on rubahjitu. Any promotional credits we introduce are offered at our discretion and are subject to wagering requirements that we publish at the time of the promotion. Bonuses are non-withdrawable; only winnings generated from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Unused bonuses expire after 30 days unless we specify otherwise at the time of the promotion.
