You may also request deletion of your account and associated data. Once your account is deleted, we retain core transaction records for five years per regulatory requirements but purge non-essential information.

You do not have the right to withdraw consent to KYC verification—this is a legal requirement for gaming operators and we cannot process your account without it. However, you may delete your account at any time, which stops all future data collection, though historical records are retained as described above.
